Need to program a 74S188

I need to replace the 444-28 BPROM that is in my Heathkit ETA-3400 Memory
accessory.  The code is the easy part.  Does anyone have a circuit that can
program this device that they can share.  

I used to have a PC board level programmer but can no longer find it.  It
was probably last used about 20 years ago.  I just need a copy of the
recommended programming steps and/or schematic from any of the TTL books.
