SB-301 LMO issue

Greetings All,

Couple of months ago I needed help in solving a
problem with drifting. Many responded and with all the
advice on how to clean the LMO I took to task to take
apart the LMO and a spare one that I had, clean them
and reassemble them. Today I installed one, wired it
up, installed the face plate, all the knobs plugged it
in and discovered that it was off frequency. Compared
with my SB-102, on the SB-301 it was off by 38khz. In
the CAL mode instead of the signal being at every
100khz, it is found at every 60 khz. 
I swapped the LMO for the other one thinking it was
the 1st LMO but no, same thing with the 2nd LMO.

Need help. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
