Info on SB-620 coils from an e-mail back in 2006 on the QSL.net reflector
lists.

I would also suggest going to http://www.w9wze.org/
On the right side, scroll down to the bottom; see Hot Links: Search
QTH.net Lists; Click it on; From the "Select List" highlight Heathkit; in
the Search for Keyword Field, put in SB-620 or, to narrow search, SB-620
coils; Click Go. This searches the archives there back to, I think, 1997

Lots of info on SB-620, the coils, high voltage caps, problems, issues,
concerns, why won't it work, etc.

Homebrewing your own coils, it's only L/C circuits, and changing a few
parts, shouldn't be that big of a challenge. Look at it as an adventure.
A simple outboard mixer would also work too.
