SB-102 Shaft Coupling needed!! (58) #456-4 HELP!!

Fill the original holes with epoxy and re drill and tap either on the 
original place or move over and make a new hole.
Or, just make a new coupling from a bit of nylon rod. Better than the 
original stuff.
