HW-12A, Power Loss

I have a photocopied manual for the HW-12A and it contains two sheets, one 
 showing correct voltages at a number of test points and the other shows 
correct resistances.  I could photocopy these photocopies and send them 
along but I would suggest you try and find the proper manual.  I never go 
 into a piece of gear without one.
