Off topic: Crimp connectors

If your connectors and tooling aren't at least as good as required to work
on aircraft ( MIL-C-22520 or better) then solder and crimp. If the terminal
was subject to a lot of vibration, like on a vehicle, soldering is less
desirable as it effectively makes your multi-stranded wires you use to cope
with vibration a 'single strand' at the soldered connection. Properly done,
using high quality components, crimping is going to be less likely to fail,
especially where vibration is a consideration.
