[Heath] ESR meter; was RE: Yet more on my IP-27...

I just bought one of these.  260964966943.  A member of a different list
recommended it in a recent and similar discussion.  I checked the feedback
which is perfect.  Check it out.  Comes in kit form or fully assembled. "The
latest and best Bob Parker design and successor to the famous Dick Smith
ESR/Low Ohms Meter." I suppose I coulda bought a lot of new caps for the
price but what the hay?  I fell for the Blue look.  No financial or other
interest associated with the seller.

Thanks, Mo. I have a nice ESR meter, which seems to work extremely well. 
Since I only finished building it a while back, I have not used it much. It
is a "Dick Smith" job, and is very nice.
