[Heath] Oscillation of HW-101 when transmit above 21MHz.

Hi there,

I need your help to fix my old HW-101.

I completely rebuild the final circuit because some of ceramic capacitors were smoked.

After then, everything is fine below 14MHz with the full power output but it oscillate whenever I tried to transmit above 21 MHz.

Do you have any idea where should I check to fix this?
