[Heath] SB-220 plate meter

Hmmm....well, the plate meter on my just newly aquired SB-220 is very 
sticky and doesn't appear to read accurately.

Although I have not yet checked the calibration resistor(s), the meter 
itself is very "sticky", with the needle hanging up at various places on 
the scale, but most especially near the bottom 100 mA position.

Might anyone have a replacement? Or know someone who could repair it?
