[iptv-users] Products IPTV Open Source

Hello every one,

I am student and I just started for a project in telecom company, the first
step is to do an IPTV model End to End ( from servers to a client). which
means Decoders from our own antennas decode them to MPEG-2 or 4 send them to
the IP Networks and take them in the Client Side. The thing is to use Open
Source Programs. and see which cards do i need .

Do you have any suggestions for me to start this Project.
