[j-nsp] Backplanes & PS Failures

We have seen multiple DC power supply failures(due to fan failure) on our
2 M20s with REV 07 710-001517 backplanes. Our M20s with other rev
backplanes have had no issues.

The following message implies that this is a known issue for some
backplane revs.

Can anyone confirm that REV 07 is affcted by this fault?
