[j-nsp] Backplanes & PS Failures

We have seen multiple AC power supply failures as well on M20 Backplane
REV 07 710-001517. The following PS have been stable for a while:

Rev 02   740-007311
REV 08   740-001465

We have seen multiple DC power supply failures(due to fan failure) on
our 2 M20s with REV 07 710-001517 backplanes. Our M20s with other rev
backplanes have had no issues.

backplane revs.

Can anyone confirm that REV 07 is affcted by this fault?
