Wow I didn't realise they had such wide variation.

The CFEB uses a PC133 *ECC* SODIMM, and that's the killer.  I haven't been 
able to find it.  And AFAICT from Juniper docs it supports only 128M or 
256M, I didn't have a chance to attempt any configurations with it, as I 
couldn't even find ECC SODIMMs for sale.
