Hi Jonas,
Yes, they generally come as 24 port or 48 port panels with 2 or 4 RJ-21
connectors on the rear. Last time I needed one (in the UK), I just used
Google.co.uk and put in RJ-21 to RJ-45 patch panel. Some places also
describe the RJ-21 as a "telco" connection. They're available for
around GBP100 for a 24 port unit.
