I have one of the M7i CF adapters sitting here on my desk and can confirm that they are indeed SanDisk.

The ones we've received from Juniper have been standard Sandisk Compact
Flash (SDCFB-256). See for instance

In addition to what we've received from Juniper, we have also used CF
bought from a Sandisk retailer with no problems. JunOS identifies the
cards as the same (SDCFB-256).

I believe the CF adapters are also Sandisk, though I'm not certain of
this.
