[j-nsp] RSVP problem

Hi

RSVP configuration is simple, but in my case it is
just not working. The configuration has no logical
routers and just simple turn RSVP on four routers, but
RSVP can find its neighbors:

admin at MEXNEXCTIJA> show rsvp neighbor
RSVP neighbor: 0 learned



admin at lab-0> show rsvp session lsp
Ingress RSVP: 0 sessions
Total 0 displayed, Up 0, Down 0

Egress RSVP: 0 sessions
Total 0 displayed, Up 0, Down 0

Transit RSVP: 0 sessions
Total 0 displayed, Up 0, Down 0

admin at lab-1> show rsvp interface
