[j-nsp] M10 routing engine memory upgrade

Anybody know what command would be equivalent to this on an M7i?  It 
doesn't have "show chassis scb" and I'd like to make sure that the DRAM 
Data Integrity Mode is ECC w/ h/w Scrubbing after I upgrade the DRAM.
