[j-nsp] per-family SNMP counters?

Is there any way to query via SNMP (sub-)interface counters separately 
for each family, e.g. inet and inet6?  I see that it is not possible 
to create two sub-interfaces with the same vlan-id, so I cannot use 
that trick.
