[j-nsp] Juniper M40e - cpu and memory command

Dear All

I am using Juniper M40e for my scenario and i have to
find the stability of the Ch OC3 PIC 

The FPC is 7
and the PIC is 0 , these are the slot
specifications...


I have to find the cpu and memory used...

I can see the cpu and the memory of the routing engine
by using the command 

show chassis routing-engine 1

but is there any command to see cpu and memory related
to the FPC or the PIC ?

If any command is there related to FPC or PIC then
please let me know the same.
