vinay,

you can display the CPU load of the FPCs
using the <show chassis fpc> command.

the channelized OC3 PIC does not have a dedicated
control-board where you could measure CPU load.

anyway, since the OC3 PIC is ASIC based you will not
see a performance drop, irrespective of
offered load.
