I think Phil might have been asking: "Are you planning on using the data
for something in particular? Perhaps designing a new platform for 'edge'
networks? Keep in mind that 'edge' networks like content providers have
very assymetric packet profiles, voip folks have an altogether different
profile, core routing folks have yet another profile..."

I2 data as was pointed at earlier might help you then, though I'm not sure
how well I2 data represents 'true internet' IMIX (not being a user or
admin of an I2 puzzle piece)
