[j-nsp] M20 IPSEC-Key-Management Subsystem Error

Hello!

Getting the following error on the M20 when issuing the " sh ike sa "
and the " sh ipsec sa " commands:

error: the ipsec-key-management subsystem is not running

All the IPSec tunnels have gone down, what could be the reason for the
error and how do I rectify it ?
