[j-nsp] M20 IPSEC-Key-Management Subsystem Error

Nitin,
        Which JUNOS version are you using ? Which PIC are
you using for IPSec ES or ASP PIC ? If ipsec-key-management
is not running, ipsec tunnels will go down. Do you see any 
core dump in /var/tmp or /var/crash/ ? If yes, please 
open a JTAC support case. If you can share the 
config offline that will be helpful too.
