[j-nsp] Exporting inet.0 BGP routes into a VRF instance

Some good information in the feature guide section of the documentation on
simplifed instance sharing.  Harshit is absolutely correct, however there is
a solution shown there using a rib table in addition to auto-export.

BTW, auto-export is not going to work between inet.0 and a vrf. 
It works between VRFs.
