[j-nsp] Adding static IPv6 neighbor entries

Greetings,

I'm looking to specify some static IPv6 neighbors on a Juniper router
running JUNOS 8.1R3.3.

I've found documentation specifying how to do this on Juniper's
E-series routers running JUNOSe:

but have not found anything comparable for JUNOS.

Any pointers?
