[j-nsp] Upgrade without PCMCIA card?

Anyway, Should I be save if I upgrade top 7.6R4? The router is only for
testing purposes.
Btw, I seem to only be able to download the 8.x version of JUNOS from the
juniper site. Where can I find the 7.x?
