Mounir,

Try the following:

[edit]
root at B# run show ospf neighbor instance test 
  Address         Interface             State      ID 
            Pri  Dead
10.1.8.53        fe-1/0/0.0             Full     
10.1.8.53        128    31

If you do not follow the 'show ospf neighbor' command
up with instance and the name of the instance you will
not get the desired results.
