[j-nsp] L2circuit local-switching

Hello,

i am trying to configure local-switching via l2circuits.
Config is pretty straight-forward:

local-switching {
    interface ae0.28 {
        end-interface {
            interface ge-1/1/0.3;
        }
(both interfaces are vlan tagged with the same vlan)

However this doesnt work. Via show l2circuit connections i get:
 Local Switch ae0.28 
    Interface                 Type  St     Time last up          # Up
trans
    ae0.28(vc 0)              rmt   NP   

NP seems to be h/w not present. But the interfaces are there...isnt it
possible to switch subinterfaces and/or vlan-tagged interfaces?
