[j-nsp] Problems with STM1 link

Hello, 
We changed the smt1 port, but the same results,  we have other active 
ports and that ports working OK. In both sites we have other ports working 
ok. The firmware version is 7.3R3.6
I tried to put offline and online the pic, but the same results too. 

other idea ..

Luis,

What is your JUNOS version? Are all STM1 ports in the same PIC showing the 
same symptom? Do you have any abnormal messages related to the PIC and/or 
the FPC in which the PIC is inserted in the output of "show log message" 
and "show log chassisd"? If possible, try to online/offline the PIC and 
see if that helps.

I have problem with a STM1 link,  the traffic in this link looks how the 
limit was  118Mbps,  When the traffic get over 118 Mbps aprox, we
experiment packet loss.  And the traffic can´t  get up more than 118 Mbps
aprox.

I don´t know what is happenig because we don´t have L2 errors.  And we
don´t have any rate-limit ant 118Mbp. 

could anybody help me or give any idea ?
