[j-nsp] Bulk config migration between interfaces?

I think this might be an opportunity for the replace command.  
'replace pattern ge-0/0/0 with ge-0/0/1' will not only move the  
interface configuration but also any reference to the interface in  
other sections of the config, such as protocols.
