Again, you could do this, unless the exam requirements explicitly stated
otherwise.  As long as the overall functionality meets the stated
requirements, then you should not lose any points... but I beg to ask the
question... why would you want to waste your time with unnecessary typing
for that which is not explicitly required?  During these exams, time is your
worst enemy.
