[j-nsp] congestioning a logical sub-interface

Hello community,

i need to verify Cos scheduler on my logical interface. to do this i need to simulate Congestion conditions. 
The question is : how to congestion a logical sub-interface without impacting the physical interface. is it possible to set a bandwidth limit for the sub-interface?
