[j-nsp] "Yellow led" and "Red led" alarms in Juniper

As far as I know, all Juniper routers have "Yellow led" and "Red led"
indicators on "craft interface". Few examples:

As I understand, yellow alarms are informative and red ones are
critical. However, which alarms classify as "Yellow" and which ones
classify as "Red"? Is there a possibility to change those thresholds?
