[j-nsp] Best practices for ex4200 EoMPLS/CCC

Thanks, I couldn't find this on juniper's website.  Just wondering what
would happen if I had to run ccc's to all the ports in a 9 member stack.
 I'm also curious how much extra overhead the LSP's create for the P routers
in between.
