[j-nsp] Junos spanning-tree patch cost method

Hi there!

Is it possible on juniper ex4200 switches to change the stp path cost method from 32bit (long) to 16bit (short)?

xxx at xxx# run show spanning-tree bridge detail | match method
    Path cost method                : 32 bit
