[j-nsp] SRX550 Mode Packet Based for BGP Full Routing

I played around in my lab with some SRX100 to evaluate BGP. The datasheet
says max BGP routes 8K, but I put about 20K on it and it still works. I
beleive it's not a hard border, but never tested it  with a bigger box.
