[j-nsp] M7i stuck in PXE boot loop

Fixed.

Maybe the battery is dieing on the RE and some settings reset, but it
seems the boot list in the BIOS was set to LAN only.

Set it back to PMC,CF,HD,LAN and its back up and running.
