[j-nsp] CGNat PBA - MX104 w/MS-MIC

It’s a default setting … has to be in the configuration but suggest setting it to the appropriate option … in my case it’s typically enhanced-ip but that varies depending on your needs

Please note that changing this requires a reboot in most situations
