[j-nsp] Experience with Junos 15.1 on MX960?

We've been hit with several bugs on 15.1F5, from S4.6 to S7. S8 seems
to work fine for our usecase, and sleep is finally possible.

But so far, no issues with MC-LAG, with either two 15.1 boxen or a mix
of 14.1 and 15.1.
