[j-nsp] MX104 won't recognize fpc, mpc and onboard interfaces

Hello-

Did your factory default include doing a install-media from front facing USB?  I might suggest carefully looking at boot sequence for logs indicating possible package corruption.  

While I haven't had the exact problem you describe we have a > 25% failure (data corruption) rate on our MX104 REs manifesting themselves in all sorts of ways. We have caught some of this corruption by doing a sha1 checksum of tgz files in the package directory but we've also seen things like our /etc/services file corrupt, locking us out of SSH.
