[j-nsp] License Key Question

Hello,

We recently upgraded our MX480 routers from 16K broadband subscribers to 32K.

When we first bought the routers, we were given individual activation
keys for the base 16K licenses. This time around, we got a packing
sheet with an order number from Juniper showing quantity 2 items,
but only one page with an activation key attached.

I thought this was odd, so I asked our Juniper reseller, and they
kicked it back up the chain, and were told we could use the same key
on both routers. Our reseller thought the response was odd too.

Can someone confirm if we're supposed to have 2 separate keys for the
two separate licenses we purchased? I have not installed the key on
our second router yet until I can get a straight answer.

Lately Juniper service contracts, licensing and serial number
tracking has been so totally screwed up. I like the hardware and
software, but dread dealing with them on anything like maintenance
renewals or licensing.

Thanks!
