[Outages-discussion] Why not to label fiber-optic cables "High Voltage"

I'll go so far as to say that it was reprehensible that at the very least dispatch not have this sort of information, even if the incident commander on the fireground didn't happen to have it  on him.

Who said the PUC doesn't have the information?  It was emergency services that didn't have the contact info.

I'll refrain from using foul language, but absolutely remarkable.  For a PUC to not have this kind of information is unacceptable.  I'm sure the blame goes both ways.
