Is there a list of mailing list and their objectives? Maybe the "my cable
is out" emails just need a dedicated mailing list.
outages-discussion at outages.org = With MTRs or graphing
outages-discussion-EndUser at outages.org = Just experiences
Out of curiosity, what other list do people subscribe to ?
