[Outages-discussion] Spam from Dymaxion?

Yep. I hope this is just a misconfigured autogen ticketing system. Maybe
someone wanted to monitor the outages list for certain events and ended up
creating tickets for every post and then notifying the list. I wonder if
every post to the list with a ticket number gets added to the ticket, which
generates a cycle of ever-updating tickets.

Regardless, it's unfortunate and annoying.
