Someone from Dymaxion added service at dymaxion.ca<mailto:service at dymaxion.ca> to the outages distribution list by mistake.  Only the listserv-majordomo can fix this by unsubscribing them.  Meanwhile, Dymaxion’s ticketing system is not sophisticated enough to prevent duplicate tickets being created for replies to the original issue, because every incoming email looks like a new conversation.
