[Outages-discussion] Cloudflare DNS issues?

I was doing a dig trace on a few domains and the DNS servers provided by cloudflare are not resolving:
couldn't get address for 'nina.ns.cloudflare.com': failure
couldn't get address for 'rodney.ns.cloudflare.com': failure
dig: couldn't get address for 'nina.ns.cloudflare.com': no more

Already seems to have come back up, but seemed to last about 15 minutes.
