For what it's worth...I get reorder when dialing their toll-free (844-968-7224) via AT&T California (Pacific Bell) POTS service. Their their site loads to a basic: 

An error has occurred. 
Please try again in a few minutes. 
If you need further assistance, please call 1.844.YOUR.CCI.
