[Outages-discussion] AT&T Chicago voice outage today?

Very likely a coincidence, but we started seeing some pretty erratic issues
to us-east-1 and us-east-2 around 9:30am eastern time, it's gotten better
but it's not fully resolved. AWS routes most traffic from MI through
Chicago, so I wonder if it's related. Pretty long shot, but I've been knee
deep in this for a few hours at this point and have gotten nowhere.
