[Outages-discussion] National Weather Service outages?

Beyond shitty for that. I've gotten far more use out of the NWS radar and
GRLevel3 (which uses polled data from radar sites) for storm movement and
impact prediction on an amateur level than any of the services offered by
Accuweather et al.
