Latest update:

The Transport NOC reports that the construction crews are on site and have located the fiber damage. It was discovered that four of twelve ducts have been cut during road construction activities occurring in the area. Field Operations has determined that the spare fiber in the area has also been damaged and therefore it is not possible to migrate services to expedite service restoral. The construction crews are prepping the area for the fiber crews. The fiber crews ETA is 21:00.

There’s a fiber cut in South Florida (Hollywood area) too right now, seems to have taken out all our BGP routes from Level 3 in Tampa (full table ipv4 dropped to ~5k), no explanation of why the cut would have taken out IP services.
